How do I clean ink stains on leather?

I know getting leather wet is a bad idea. Does anyone have any ideas for cleaning ink from leather without damaging the leather itself? Thanks.

try a dab of lestoil on a soft cloth.....dab it out...clean spot on the soft cloth every time...after that use a leather cleaner it clean the whole leather jacket.  Walmart has one that is a spray.
